Namibia2Go is the car rental division of Gondwana Collection Namibia — one of the country's largest and most respected hospitality groups, operating lodges and campsites from Etosha to the Namib Desert. Very good experience overall. The airport shuttle was easy and the new location is fantastic and a great place to hang for a bit while you wait to get on the road. We had to have a mechanic fix our air compressor and canopy locks before we rolled out, but other than that the process was super smooth and the return was even easier. We had two spare tires as part of the package and only had to use one. They also didn't try to push add-ons and even talked us out of some unnecssary ones, which I appreciated. I would definitely use this company again.

Our experience with Namibia2Go exceeded all expectations. Before the trip, I specifically asked Namibia2Go team to ensure that we would receive a high-quality, relatively new vehicle, as we had booked a Toyota Hilux 4x4 Comfort with two hard-shell rooftop tents. Namibia2Go absolutely delivered. We received an almost brand-new vehicle that was well-equipped and perfectly suited for a self-drive adventure across Namibia. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Vehicle collection was quick and efficient, and it was a great touch to have someone waiting for us at the airport. Throughout our trip, the vehicle performed flawlessly and gave us complete confidence, whether on gravel roads, in national parks, or on more remote routes. The return process was equally simple, fast, and hassle-free. The camping and vehicle equipment provided was of a very high standard and included virtually everything we needed for a fantastic overlanding experience. I can honestly say this was an 11 out of 10 experience. We are extremely satisfied, would highly recommend Namibia2Go to anyone planning a self-drive trip in Namibia, and will definitely use their services again on our next visit. We rented our car from Namibia 2Go and everything went perfectly from start to finish ! We absolutely loved driving our little 4x4 it was perfect for our road trip. The car was great, reliable, and very comfortable to drive, which really made our experience even better. The gentleman who explained how the vehicle works and went through all the safety rules with us was incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and care. We are extremely satisfied with our experience. We loved our trip so much and it made us want to come back even more. And if we do return, we will definitely go with Namibia 2Go again without hesitation !

The Comfort option upgrades to two hard-shell rooftop tents — faster to deploy, better insulated, and more weather-resistant — plus custom kitchen compartments for easier cooking on the road. Both options include sleeping gear and all essentials.
