Built-from-the-Ground-Up Land Cruisers

What sets Elite Africa apart is the depth of preparation on every vehicle. These aren't standard rentals with a tent bolted on — each Land Cruiser is fitted with a stainless-steel canopy housing a fully integrated kitchen unit, Old Man Emu (OME) suspension for improved load capacity and comfort on corrugated roads, 285/75R16 mud-terrain tyres, and replacement front bumpers designed to minimise damage in wildlife encounters. The dual battery system powers a 60-litre camping fridge/freezer independently of the main engine — essential for extended bush stays.

Additional overlanding equipment on every vehicle includes a two-way radio for convoy communication, onboard air compressor for tyre pressure management (critical when deflating for soft sand), roof-rack-mounted workshop lights for night camp setup, and a secure in-vehicle safe for valuables. The Eezi-Awn Dual 2-Man configuration fits two separate hard-shell tents to the vehicle, accommodating up to four adults with separate sleeping quarters, integrated lighting, and charging. The Family Hard Shell Tent is designed for families with children, offering space for up to four with built-in lights, charging ports, and a full mattress.
