I rented a Hilux Double Cab 2.4 for a solo trip through Namibia and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The handover was very detailed and thorough, which I really appreciated. Since I was traveling alone, it gave me a lot of confidence to know exactly how everything worked before heading off into some pretty remote areas. I drove close to 10,000 km, and the car was just fantastic. It handled gravel roads, long distances, and rough conditions without any problems at all. Super reliable and exactly what you want for a trip like that (especially in the north). At one point I lightly bumped into a wall – something I only realized on the day of return. I was honestly expecting a painful bill and had mentally prepared myself for the worst. But they handled it in such a calm and friendly way, and the repair costs were surprisingly low. Much, much lower than I would have expected. It felt very fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. I had originally booked the car for two weeks but ended up extending to four weeks, and they were completely flexible about it. No stress, no complications. Overall, just a really positive experience from start to finish. I’d absolutely rent from them again.

The car rental was very professional. Mr. Tommy explained everything in great detail when handing over the car. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. During the rental period, we had no issues with the car at all. The return process was quick and smooth, and the deposit was refunded to our account without any problems. Great company. We had a great time with our temporary home for 3 weeks (Toyota Hilux + roof top tent). The service and contact was great and, for example, a broken light bulb was fixed in no time. We know where we would rent again ;). Tip: we would recommend getting the satellite phone (especially for Botswana).
