I initially tried to book online, but it was not possible to add both the fridge and the young driver surcharge, so I had to complete the booking via email. While the payment went through without issues, I was subsequently sent the wrong rental agreement, and from that point on, everything went downhill. I spent a significant amount of time trying to rectify the errors, but every time one issue was fixed, they managed to change something else incorrectly. It took about 15 emails to get the details sorted, and in the end, they even changed the pickup location, forcing me to call yet again to ensure the car would be at the correct spot. When I finally arrived to collect the vehicle, the fridge was missing. Since they didn't have any left at that location, I had to wait an extra two hours for them to bring one in. Although they were kind enough to provide the fridge free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, the delay made the start of the trip incredibly stressful. The final straw came after we had already returned the car. We were at the airport check-in when the rental agency called me again, demanding payment for the fridge. This was an extremely stressful moment as our boarding was about to start. In the end, I didn't have to pay, but I am completely fed up with this company and would not book with them again.
