Our experience with Melbic was top notch. The car was ready and prepared when we arrived fully kitted out with everything you could need for a 4x4 road trip. We opted for the hardtop tent which was very simple to set up and put away. I’d probably recommend this over the soft top tents which we saw others have and are totally fine but are a bit more fiddly to put up and down. Overall our experience was great, the staff and team were all wonderful and arranged pick up and drop off from the airport making the whole experience streamlined and stress free. I would 100% recommend Melbic car rentals if you’re doing a 4x4 trip in Namibia.

Pick-up/check-in was smooth, and we received all the necessary information plus a clear demo of the vehicle and camping gear. The car was in great condition and perfectly clean. When we had a small issue with the table mount at the back of the pickup, support was quick to respond and arranged a repair stop along our route. I’d happily recommend Melbic for a reliable and hassle-free rental experience.
