Cancellation policy

Vehicle collection
When collecting your car you will need
  • a valid identification document (ID / passport)
  • any valid (national / international) driving license
  • a valid credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD only)
Age requirements
Drivers must be 18 years or older. An additional deposit of N$4000 is reserved for drivers younger than 23 years.
Kilometers
Your rental includes unlimited free kilometers.
Border crossings
This vehicle is allowed to travel to Botswana, South Africa and Namibia. The relating Cross Border Permits are available at no extra costs.

The Cross Border Permit for Zimbabwe (Victoria Falls only) including the Namibian Police Clearance is N$ 550,00 extra.
